Description
As a lost soul you have to explore the dungeon to find a way out. You'll need to obtain new abilities to progress, but they do not come for free...
Made with C and SDL 2 for the Sony PSP. Credits and other info included with game. Tested with PPSSPP (1.9.3) and optimized for the PSP 1000.
Thank you to all involved in arranging the jam! I have been learning C as a hobby during the quarantine and this was a good opportunity write code optimized for a less powerful system.
Special thanks to Iridescence, who inspired me to join the jam.

Install instructions
PSP
- You will need CFW to play this.
- Extract the zip file and put the "descent_psp" folder inside PSP---> GAME of your PSP.
- Make sure that the EBOOT.PBP is inside of the same folder as the "data" folder.
PPSSPP
- Extract the zip file and open the EBOOT.PBP with PPSSPP or drag it into the PPSSPP executable.

Thanks! I'll keep PSP compatibility in mind while developing future games and I'll see if I can get my hands on an actual PSP to make sure the games run correctly

Is it possible to play this via an emulator? Not that I don't mind doing it the other way but its just that its easier to record gameplay footage of the game for my channel!
There are instructions for playing on PPSSPP, which is an emulator.
